• Engaging in spam, DDoS attacks, or any form of network abuse.
• Violating intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Using our resources for cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Service Level & Uptime

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, internet backbone failures, DDoS attacks, or scheduled maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M/S A A SERVICESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question during the preceding 30 days.

Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
