This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased from CloudHost Pro, operated by M/S A A SERVICESS. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All sales are final. No refund and no replacement will be provided under any circumstances once a service has been activated or delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

M/S A A SERVICESS operates on a strict no refund basis. Once a payment has been made and the service has been provisioned or activated, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or no longer needing the service.
Dissatisfaction with service performance (unless covered by SLA credits as specified separately).
Technical issues caused by user misconfiguration or third-party software.
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Failure to use the service during the subscription period.

2. No Replacement Policy

We do not provide replacements for services once they have been delivered. This includes:

Requests to switch to a different hosting plan or server location after activation.
Requests for replacement due to user error, data loss, or accidental deletion.
Requests for replacement of dedicated IP addresses after assignment.

If you require a different service, you must place a new order at the current applicable price.

3. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. However, please note that:

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be terminated.
All data associated with the cancelled service will be permanently deleted after the service termination date. We strongly recommend backing up your data before cancellation.

4. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately, without refund, if you violate our Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to make timely payments. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the matter and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will correct it at our sole discretion. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy. By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree that you understand and accept that no refund and no replacement will be granted.
